• We connect your home to utilities (water, waste, gas, electricity)

• We get home past inspections and ready to occupy

• We coordinate all of the above

• We offer 2 Finishes options. (We can customize details to fit your budget)

• 1. Unfinished - Unpainted walls with unfinished plywood floor ***

• 2. Factory Finishes - Painted walls with Finishes from the Factory.

• *** If you choose Unfinished, then we will recommend On-Site Contractors, and / or Designers to help complete your home.
